2021 Conference Proceedings

We had another lovely conference and a wonderful Shavuot. We want to thank all the presenters, participants, and helpers we had in order to put together this year’s Restoration Torah Conference! Below you will find recordings of the lectures given by the various speakers, and also links to printed and electronic versions of the conference journal.

On the first session of the first day of the conference there was a particular woman who joined the audience. I had never met her before, but I was saddened that she was offended by the words of the very first speaker and left before the session was even over. I know this to be the case because she had an exchange with one of the other speakers who was coming in while she was exiting. Every session had a question and answer period for the audience to give their feedback or ask for clarification on the speaker’s views. It was a shame that she did not take advantage of that. It is quite natural to want an echo chamber for your thoughts and ideas, but this conference was certainly not that sort of gathering. We had quite a variety of views presented. There will likely be things that you disagree with in these talks. Nevertheless, we hope that you will not become offended, but rather take what you think is good, leave behind the things you think are error, and give consideration to the choice between them.

The views and ideas expressed by the speakers are their own, and do not represent the views of the Zarahemla Foundation, the Community of Christ, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, or any other entity.

Print & E-Book Versions:

The print version of the conference journal will be available HERE. The first printing of the journal this year was spectacular with a limited edition gold cover (in keeping with our theme). We have a few copies of the first editions remaining. Send us an email if you would like to purchase one ($10 while they last): restorationtorahconference @ gmail . com.
